Apple Pie with Cheddar Crust

We went apple picking this week. One of my favorite things to make with apples is Apple Pie with Cheddar Crust. It's not your typical apple pie. There is no cinnamon in this pie to overpower the flavor of the apples. (not that I don't like cinnamon) The cheddar in the crust complements the sweetness of the filling.
