No Knead Bread

My friend Rosie posted about this bread on her blog recently so I borrowed a cast-iron pot and tried it out. This bread is awesome. So easy! Here's the recipe that I used:

NY times no knead bread

I didn't do the whole step involving putting the loaf on a towel. I just left it on the cutting board the whole time and covered with plastic wrap.


Didn't shape it either really. Just threw it in the pot and voila!


It went great with a green salad, fruit salad, and roasted red bell pepper soup!
