thinly slice some artisan bread (ie: rosemary olive oil)
generously spread on some brie (get it from Costco)
then add some thinly sliced apples (i prefer granny smith, and I use my awesome V-slicer)
And some deli ham
lightly brush outsides of sandwich with olive oil
Cook it in a waffle iron.

This was probably my favorite sandwich. ever.
Then I found this fun website about other things to try in your waffle iron: Waffleizer. I'd like to try it with falafel!
