Mango Lassi

Mango Lassi is a yogurt drink. Basically, it's a mango smoothie.

Ingredients:
fresh or frozen (and partially thawed) mango (I prefer the convenience of frozen!)
nonfat plain yogurt
milk/cream/halfnhalf
sugar

Fill your blender almost halfway with mango. Add a little milk (up to 1/4 cup??). Skim works just great! I used heavy cream or half n half the last 2 times I made it cause I needed to use that up. Pour in a half cup of sugar. Scoop in several large scoops of yogurt. Blend. Taste. Add whatever you think needs adjusting. I add up to 2 cups of yogurt. If you are using fresh mango, add a few ice cubes if you like.
